Guaranteed increases in rates may or may not occur every season. An official's game rate, regardless of officiating league
age/gender, will be the same across leagues. It is at the discretion of the Supervisor, John Eckstrom, as to your wage per game.
Possible reasons for an increase in pay not to happen:
1) Minimal games experience from previous year (Officiated less than 50 games in the previous basketball winter season)
2) Growth in officiating not eminent.
3) Low/minimal availability from previous season.
4) No Budget increase for League(s)
Any misrepresentation of experience or IABBO status may/will result in termination and loss of wages.
